I had a problem with a slow ride tire I didn't know anything about this tire just bought this Honda somewhere else and was told it wasn't covered under warranty I was upset she took her time and explain everything about it she called the warranty company herself and explained the problem since it had a huge bubble in it and I just bought the van 2 days ago. Kristin got the tire replaced for free. She also explain about wheel alightments on these tires and how it is free to bring the van in anytime. She is so professional and caring and told me to call anytime. I just got this 2007 Honda Odyssey and I will go to Honda of Ocala for all my services More

Our 2008 Honda Accord rides like a new car! Our Advisor, Chris Hansen, clearly explained the car's service requirements & was very attentive to our needs as well. We had expected to return the next day for this, so were very thankful all could be done in one visit. My disabled husband couldn't be happier that he could immediately ride in front seat again! While this was by no means an inexpensive visit, Chris did find a few coupons in my account; every bit helps! All told, we want Chris's superiors to know that we are extremely pleased with this visit. More
