The worse I bought a car 8 months ago from them , 1) the car was sold with nails on the tires, it took them 2 visit to notice that then they notice one week aft I bought a car 8 months ago from them , 1) the car was sold with nails on the tires, it took them 2 visit to notice that then they notice one week after buying the car, it had wrong size tires on the all four tires 3) the sales person told me I could be getting tint, after 3 weeks of him telling me waiting for approval from manger he tells it was taken out of the deal . today Nov 2016 I go to get my oil change I notice 2 nails on my tires I took it back the next day to show them and they wanted to charge me to take the nails out 4) I call the service manger and all he did was ask for my number and then hangs up the phone on me. I don't understand how a dealership could have people like this working for them rude , promise you the world to close a deal and back down . Until today after 8 months no manager has done anything and I go to get a Free oil change ( thats was add to my contract) and I get tried like xxxx. The ONLY person that good Customer service and works hard to make her customer happy is Don't shop here they have no customer service experience. So all my life, all I have bought is honda this just make me go to a different place . More

Great service Not only did I get Breakfast, the shuttle took me to Barnes and noble to wait. We were also able to rent a car same day which allowed us to come back later to pick up our Honda all repaired under warranty. I would not hesitate to use this dealership again when in the area. More
