Horrible service experience. Had an appointment this morning for auto butler. Received several emails reminding me of my appointment . Went in for oil change. Tire rotation. Auto butler application. Appointment was at 11:30.. got there 11:15. Never left until 4:45. Terrible experience. Kept getting another Tire rotation.
