It needed to be a place where they listened to my concerns and requests, offer advice while not being overbearing, and a place where I can be sure the work will get done correctly. I’ve found such a place, and I’ll keep returning to Honda Of Ocala, as they have exceeded all my expectations, with Kristen Lewter as my service manager. Kristen personally interacts with their excellent service team and makes sure everything has been completed as expected. When you’re in need of vehicle maintenance, go to Honda Of Ocala and just ask for service manager Kristen Lewter. You will be glad you did. More

Even in those rare instances when I need to go outside the dealership for a particular service, she directs me to the right people and makes sure I get a good price. I don't know what Honda is paying this woman, but whatever it is, they probably aren't paying her enough. She's that good. By the way, Scotty Westerkon is a standup guy and very helpful, too. Can't say enough good about him, either. More

Doug was courteous and the work on my vehicle was done promptly. HOWEVER...I have been thinking about my experience last year in leasing a 2016 Accord. My salesperson was Kevin Cash. He is engaging and knowledgeable. He is excellent. A year after I drove off the lot, all is well with the car and I'm hoping I'll be treated fairly when I bring it back to---presumably---get a new vehicle. I still haven't forgotten what happened with my trade-in last year. After Honda of Ocala took possession of my trade, I saw online they asked for more than TWICE what they gave me. It was gone from their pre-owned inventory in less than two weeks! The car was in very good condition and, despite being a 2009 model, had low mileage. There are those who would say that ultimately, I'm the one responsible for the amount I receive in a trade. That may be true, but if a customer is miffed about a previous purchase that COULD discourage a return to do business with that dealership. Again, this is in no way an indictment of Kevin---he's an outstanding salesperson---but in the future I'll have to be extremely careful if I trade a vehicle at Honda if Ocala. More

BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE YET!!! We went to Honda of Ocala to get an oil change for our 2012 Honda Fit and ended up buying a new one!!! After chatting with Sam for a while, I mentione We went to Honda of Ocala to get an oil change for our 2012 Honda Fit and ended up buying a new one!!! After chatting with Sam for a while, I mentioned that I had been contemplating buying a new Fit. Without any pressure or obligation, he took me out and showed me a new 2016 EX model. He went over all the features, in a way that even a non-technical person like me could understand. I loved the vehicle, so we called my wife over to take a look. My wife speaks English as a second language, and Sam was very patient with her. She loved it also!!! All in all, the whole buying process was a very smooth and comfortable one. A first for me!!! Sam is a warm, friendly person and a true professional. He has superior product knowledge concerning the vehicle and the whole buying process. Your sales team is lucky to have him!!! Also, Troy made financing part of the deal go very smoothly.I think that Honda of Ocala is a top-notch dealership, and I will continue to go there for all of my vehicle needs.
