wait time for service too long Appt time was for 11:00 for auto butler. Told to come in at 10:00 for oil change and tire rotation. At 1:15 service person came out and said they mixed up the time and we would have to wait for tire rotation and oil change. Ridiculous. The service person did not charge us for the work done We have had nothing but problems with your service dept from the day we purchased this car. We still cannot drive this car in the rain when it is beginning to get dark or in the dark. We got the run around from everyone. It is a safety hazard. The windshield is still so smeared with an unknown substance. It could all have been taken care of if a new windshield had been installed. You have all the records of the help we did not get from Honda. It was out first time at Honda and will be the last.. More

Love our new Honda Accord SE We came into the Honda Dealer to have some work done on our 2013 Honda. Ted Shupe the quality assurance manager came over and talked to us as he had seen us looking at the cars. He ask us if we were interested in a new car. We told him no, but we had actually been talking about it for a couple of months. He told us if we had any questions about a new car he would be glad to help us. After our service tech came out and told us we needed new tires along with some other issues and that it would be a little longer for then to put on the tires. We were just were walking around again and Ted Shupe saw us and ask about our repair to our car. He ask if we would like to hear about a 2017 Honda that he had there and we said yes. We ended up taking a test drive with a Honda Accord SE. After we drove it of course the answer was yes, we would trade in our 2013 Honda. Ted Shupe was an excellent sales person! He assured us we would love the car and we did! He was very helpful and did a great job! More
