Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. Wish I got the person's name that I talked with, Was not service advisers' fault since I did not talk to him directly. Wish people giving info. out where updated on policies. I have been a customer for many years and was surprised by such faulty info. Never had a problem before. More

My car was taken in on July 2, 2024 as it was not running properly. After diagnosis was done they discovered a wire was missing. Was told they had to order part and would have it fix the next day. It is now past closing time and I have not heard anything from the service team after calling earlier and leaving messages for them to call me and let me know what is happening with my car. I would have at least liked to have a phone call to let me know what the problem is. This is very unprofessional. More
When purchasing my vehicle they were helpful and very nice. I recently had a check engine light pop up on my vehicle and go away but I still wanted to get the code read. I made an appointment for 9am, went in for my appointment and was told to plug a code reader in even though I have an appointment it will be a 2 hour wait and I would need a “Volkswagen specialist” to plug it in… not only was my 2 hour wait for my scheduled appointment disappointing the man who spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me to look at the waiting room and repeating himself about his 2 hour wait as if I didn’t understand him. Went in for my scheduled appointment I got there and a lady in service with blonde hair asked me if I made an appointment I said yes. She seemed irritated because my appointment was at 4:30. I told her I never have a problem and make appointments all the time. She then started mumbling under her breath. At that point I’m like getting irritated because I bought this car from them and have always came there for my services. She then said we can’t do your appointment today because the scheduling has been having glitches and we close at 5. She said come back Monday. I said I have never had an issue before when I come at my scheduled time. So I told her that Monday doesn’t work and I am here for my scheduled appointment. She then said we close at 5 and can’t do your car. I walked out and as I am walking out she is xxxx talking to her coworker who apparently I interrupted when I arrived. I’m sorry but after years of going to Honda I will not be back. That staff member was rude and unprofessional. More
