Beware the Internet price is not the price! Bait and Switch!! Test drove a car with a price on the internet of $4100.00. After that they said with the repairs that they made it to the car make Bait and Switch!! Test drove a car with a price on the internet of $4100.00. After that they said with the repairs that they made it to the car makes the price $2100.00 more total of $6200.00 . The repair invoice is dated 2-8-19 and we where there on 2-27-19. They could have and should have corrected the internet price. They could have and should have told us the correct price before we test drove the car. Its all a game to get you in the door and get you to drive and like the car. Then you have to work out the price with them on all the repairs that they did and they get more money out of you on a "as is used car sale". They told me that they have to do all these repairs to the car before they can sell it or they are liable. I took the car to my mechanic and he asked about the timing belt that is to be replaced at 100,000 miles and the car has 142,000 so i called service at Honda of Ocala and they do not have any record of the work being done. Honda of Ocala's price $1200 my guys price $700.00. Will not be back. Go to Automax! More

High pressure sales, mistreatment and rude personnel I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again due to high pressure sales and mistreatment after taking delivery. I took a negotiator neighbor (now retired but with mega experience running various dealerships) with me to purchase a vehicle. Chris Rodman was my initial contact via internet and was very accommodating in the beginning.. Once we honed in on the vehicle I wanted, the sales staff teamed up on us and it was VERY high pressure...double/triple to close, etc. I was ready to walk out when they finally came in with an acceptable price. I took delivery of a CRV on 12-17 and came home and put the car in the garage. They did not ask me to do a final inspection prior to taking delivery and I did not think of it. I put very few miles on a vehicle...just sold my 2010 RAV-4 with only 47,000 miles on it. I live in The Villages and my golf cart is my primary means of transportation. When I go shopping, etc., I deliberately park out in left field and walk to the stores. On 1-17 when my car had approx 300 miles on it, my neighbor was the first passenger and told me there was a small dent in the passenger front door. As I am the sole driver, I never really see the passenger side. I called Chris immediately as I believe the dent was in the door when I took delivery. He was to talk with his supervisor and said the supervisor would call me back later that day. No call back... so I called Chris again the next day 1-18. He said someone would call me back the following day. No call back...on 1-21 I left another message for Chris. Again no call back. As my phone calls were being ignored, I texted Chris on 1-23. Finally Steven Schellinger called me back, was argumentative, and implied that I was trying to get away with something. We made an appointment for 1:30 on 1-25 for him to see the dent. I arrived on time. Chris came out, looked at it, and walked away...I never saw him again. Finally Steven came out, barely looked at the dent (which is hardly visible), and didn't even check the low mileage. He was adamant the car couldn't have left their dealership in that condition, was very rude to me, raised his voice, stated it had to have happened while in my possession and refused to do anything about the dent. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful...not becoming a sales person let alone a sales manager. No one deserves to be treated in this manner....I will never purchase another vehicle at Honda of Ocala and I will warn everyone I know about this dealership. After reading several reviews at this web site, I see I am not the only dissatisfied ex-customer. More
