Worst dealer sales ever! Came in to dealer to buy a 2024 Honda Hybrid and trade in my 2012 Kia. Edmunds trade in value was around $32,000. Sticker price on the Honda was $41 Came in to dealer to buy a 2024 Honda Hybrid and trade in my 2012 Kia. Edmunds trade in value was around $32,000. Sticker price on the Honda was $41,280. After taking my keys for my Kia we sat down to talk about a price. After a long delay the manager said they would sell the CRV for $10,000 over sticker price or $51,000. The trade in they would only give me $21,000. (Car Max said they would buy for $32,000). I said no and asked for my keys back. Had to fight with them for another 15 minutes before they finally gave me keys back. I do not recommend going to buy there1 If you plan on getting aggressive sales men! More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ramy Tarawneh and Ovi Chisu at Honda of Ocala and I can confidently say that I would not go anywhere else again! This is the second time I have worked with Ramy a and Ovi Chisu at Honda of Ocala and I can confidently say that I would not go anywhere else again! This is the second time I have worked with Ramy and due to a recent divorce, my finances were not as favorable as the first time. I purchased a vehicle in 2016 from him the first time and brought that same vehicle back to trade in on a new car last week. I could not be happier with the process from start to finish. The transition was quick, especially for how much I asked of him, and Ramy was able to find everything on my asking list. He exhibited an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication that truly sets this location apart from other dealerships. Ramy and his team were efficient, accommodating, paid attention to what I wanted, and did not try to show me anything that was out of my price range or did not fit the description of what I explained that I was looking for. I was truly impressed! It is rare to find a new vehicle, with competitive pricing, and low miles. I could not believe how much he was able to trade my used vehicle in for on my new car, and Ovi was able to lower my payments by working out the financing for what best suited my needs. Not only were Ramy and Ovi both a pleasure to work with, they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns and addressed them promptly and thoroughly. Their friendly demeanors and willingness to listen have solidified me as a repeat customer! I would also like to add that Marcelene Dye in the Service Department, was outstanding! I appreciate her recommendations and knowledge and she was a delight to work with as well.
