Let me start of by saying I absolutely hate buying a vehicle. Its a very stressful process that I don't look forward to at all. We went in on a Saturday and were greeted within minutes. We knew we wanted an Accord so it was a matter of price. We felt comfortable that we received a great car for a great price. Once we purchased the Accord that afternoon, the staff was also helpful in explaining the service process and even the controls inside the car. I was especially interested in the Bluetooth setup and a staff member went over it in detail and set up my cell phone. Overall, we were quite pleased with the sales process! More

Mike greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was extremely professional and courteous. I explained to him what type of car and price I was looking for, and that immediately set the wheels in motion. extremely professional and courteous. Within minutes of arrival he had the exact car (but wrong color) I was looking for, took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and sent me for a test drive. All the time I was there Mike assured me that he would not lose my business based on price and he was right. After a short negotiation period, Mike and I agreed on a price. It was a simple process. He located the car with the exact options in the color I wanted and had it delivered to me in 2 days. Low pressure sales coupled with fast friendly service and a willingness to bend over backwards is what I've been looking for in a dealership and sales individual all along. After driving 2 Ford Taurus for more than 10 years (1988 and 1999), I had made up my mind to buy a new car, but not a Ford this time. I had analyzed and liked a Hyundai (Sedan) and a Subaru (Outback), but and 1999), I had made up my mind to buy a new car, but not a Ford this time. I had analyzed and liked a Hyundai (Sedan) and a Subaru (Outback), but before writing a check for either one, I decided to stop by the Honda dealer (I thought the Honda price was a little bit more than I wanted to spend), and see what they had to offer, and at what price. It was raining very hard when I drove into the Honda dealer's parking lot, and there wasn't an empty place to park. I sat there waiting for something to happen, when I saw this person waiving at me, from outside the building (getting wet), and signaling me to come in and park in a covered place. This was the first positive sign that told me "You are welcomed here" and "I want to do business with you". So, I came in the building and greeted the gentleman who had invited me in, and who introduced himself as "Big Dave". I told him how unusual it was for some car salesman to get wet trying to help a customer not to get wet himself. So, I am not going to evaluate Dave on those characteristics which every salesman should have, if he wants to keep his job, namely, knowing the product inside/out, being courteous with his client, helping the customer decide what may be the best product for him and/or his circumstances, etc. I am going to tell what makes Dave, in my opinion, probably the best, or one of the best salesman I have dealt with. It is simply his genuine respect and consideration for his customer as the most important person he is dealing with. You feel, the minute you come in, that he really wants to help you. He also makes you feel like you "own" the dealership, the way he treats you and how he tries to help you make the right decision. In addition to having the qualities of a good salesman, he has the friendly and respectful personality of a good man. Dave is an asset to any business he is associated with. Thank you Dave, for your help. It was a pleasure doing business with you. After taking my Honda CRV for the first 8K miles service, I am also happy that I bought a Honda, and not some other brand.
