We went in Honda of Ocala with the idea checking for a car with excellent gas miliage but not looking to purchase a car. Mike showed us the FIT, gave us all the pertent information concering the FIT and took my wife for a test drive. He then proceeded to spend time with us showing us that he could get us a deal that worked within our budget. The Honda Fit is an excellent automobile and delivers all the gas miliage that we were promised. My wife is a teacher and drives every day from Ocala to Summerfield 56 miles roung trip and our gas consumsion was $55.00 to $64.00 dollars per week @ 20 miles per gallon. She now uses $22.00 to $26.00 dollars @ 29 to 43 miles per gallon. Quite a change and a real help to the finicial crungh of the times. We have not used the Service department yet but I feel sure that it will be as exciting an experience as it was doing buisnes with the front end. I will revisit this web site after our first encounter with the Service Department. I am proud to be able to say that I after 50 years of buying car I have met my first HONEST car salesman in Mike Lehman. More

I have been shopping for a new car for about 2 months. I am very picky and do research on everything. Anyway, I researched Honda too, so I thought I would just take a look and Tom pulled up and took me around looking and answering all of my questions. He was really great! Of course, he showed me a car I had to have, but I was not sure how it was going to happen. I had to go research and think and figure. I had an appointment with Tom the next day and he was with a customer, so he had Ramy help me and he was great too! He really was working hard. I am probably not the most fun to deal with sometimes, but both men were patient with me and really trying to help me figure out how to get the car. I never felt pressured in any way or I would have not bought the car there. I honestly think they were really happy to see me get the car! I don't think it was only because they sold another car as much as I really felt like they were celebrating with me. I have had follow up calls to make sure all was great or to see if I had questions. I would send any of my family or friends to buy from Tom or Ramy. In my car shopping these past few months, I left a few dealerships because of the sales person and in this case I bought from this dealership because of the people who worked with me. Not only Tom and Ramy, but the finance person and everyone that talked to me were really nice. I feel confident that I am still in good hands even after the sale and that is important! I bought a new 2011 CR-V EX-L today from Honda of Ocala. (I think now is the best time to buy a new Honda.) Honda of Ocala had a huge stock of CR-Vs for sale, so I had my pick of color/interior I wanted. Ra (I think now is the best time to buy a new Honda.) Honda of Ocala had a huge stock of CR-Vs for sale, so I had my pick of color/interior I wanted. Ramy met me outside immediately and was friendly and happy to show me the Honda I was interested in. Because I live out of state, Ramy helped me through the whole insurance process making sure I was informed and OK once I got back home. After haggling a bit back and forth, they gave me a good deal on the vehicle. Free lunch was a plus too. It's too bad I live out of state because their waiting room looked like a place I would want to wait to have my car serviced. Everyone was definitely friendly and looked happy to be working there. Overall it was a very good buying experience. My only recommendation would be for the internet sales people to update and check vehicle listings their website, as not all the information was provided on each car listing when I was initially researching Hondas. He seemed very personable and came across as sincerely wanting to know what we were looking for in an ideal situation. Dave listened attentively and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't hesitate to find someone who could get the answer for us. At that time, Dave was new to car sales...this was about 8 months ago. Yet, to our surprise Dave exhibited confidence, product knowledge and had already cultivated fine customer service skills. Needless to say, surprisingly that day I purchased a Honda Civic - with the assistance of Big Dave...we were his first sale. We routinely return to Honda of Ocala for maintenance servicing. Dave consistently comes over to say hello and connect on a personal level. Dave is a conscientious man who we find to be honest and good natured. These qualities are what make Dave stand out in the crowd.
