He set in the computer to all of our needed settings and he was so very knowledgable.Last but not least is Waseem who ran finance. This part went smoothly and we were on the way home in no time. We were bringing our pre-owned 2006 Pilot in for an over due oil change & decided to look at the new cars while waiting. Ramy showed us around & introduced us to the new CR-V. We took it for a ride & enjoyed the easy handling & it was very comfortable. We travel back & forth from Fl to Ct & with the cost of gas, this car would be more economical then the Pilot while at the same time just as comforable on the long drives. With Ramy there was no high pressure but worked with us for a deal that was in our budget which included the paying off of the loan on the Pilot. More
I went online just to look at Honda cars and their gas mileage and prices. Dave Knight responded and invited me to come and meet with him. I told him that I was just looking for information. He said that was fine and he'd be happy to help me, even if I didn't buy a car. He was very nice, knowlegeable and did not pressure me. With the information about my age, use of car and the need for a low monthly payment, he suggested leasing a car. I had no prior information about leases. He explained why he felt leasing would be better for me than buying. He explained it to me slowly and honestly. He told me that his son had just leased a car and showed me his name and lease on his computer screen. I began to trust him. We went for a drive in the car I wanted and it was wonderful! I didn't let him know that because we hadn't talked price. Once I saw a paper with the price of $31,plus, instead of the $21,plus I was expecting, I was ready to walk. He went to get another man and the final price was $24,plus. I accepted a lease. Dave bought me lunch! Lastly, I saw Kenny Daniels who went over everything! He was very knowlegeable and professional. He also took his time making sure that I understood everything. I am very happy with my visit with Dave Knight. He is fifty and I am 65. He was the perfect man to deal with me. The last time I bought a Honda CR-V it was 2003. It was not a positive experience. I am glad that Dave made my decision an easy one. I trusted him and that is very important. More

EVERYBODY I SAW WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WANTED TO HELP YOU. I MUST SAY THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR CARS AND WOULD LET YOU DRIVE AND TEST IT OUT. This is the first Honda my wife and I have owned and Dave made it a very pleasant eperience. He was not only profesional, but more inportant, he was not pushy. It was if Dave was an old friend.
