He helped to make our experience an enjoyable one. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the courteous manner in which he and the staff handled our purchase. Mike is extremely genuine and cares about his customers. He wanted to be sure that we were absolutely happy with our purchase and ensured us that we could call if we ever had any problems, questions, concerns, etc. Ken Daniels handled the financial side of our purchase, and he too helped to make our overall experience a great one. He was friendly, professional and to the point. Before driving away, Mike helped me set up all of the bluetooth features, and more, and ran through how to work everything. Mike is a great sales rep! I was in the market for a new Honda CR-V, mine was 12 years old, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Mike didn't play games, he ask me what car I was looking at on the webs Honda CR-V, mine was 12 years old, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Mike didn't play games, he ask me what car I was looking at on the website, what color, and features, next thing I knew I was test driving my new car. He explained all of its features, was always very kind and courteous, upon leaving the dealership that evening with my new car, I noticed a small dent, I was offered a new car in its place, I chose to come back to have it removed, when I returned, Mike handled everything for me, bought mine and my daughters lunch, and put gas in my car. I really have to say I am disappointed. Everything started out great. I got some great numbers and then started to question some items, because my numbers and theirs didn't match. They were putting my started out great. I got some great numbers and then started to question some items, because my numbers and theirs didn't match. They were putting my trade as a lease even though it wasn't, so I was getting charged more for taxes and they were doing new tags, but I wanted to transfer tags. I'm not sure if they were just going to pocket the money or stick it on somewhere else, who knows. When I pointed this out, they changed those but then sent me numbers with a higher cash price for the new car, changing the already agreed upon price. I pointed that out. Turns out, I was getting a rebate, but they were sticking it back in the front end, making it so I didn't get a rebate! After I asked them to correct it, they came back saying they lied and none of the previous numbers were what they were going to offer, they basically just wanted to mess around with me to see what I would pay. If they weren't so greedy, it would have been a killer deal. Then I could have raved about how great they were. Instead, I'm having to come on here and tell about their deceptive practices. Such a shame. All these good reviews really made me think this was the place to go. More

Bill Johnson called my wife and told her I should contact him when I got to the dealership and said he had lots of good things to give me. Mr. Johnson called again as I was getting ready to leave and told me again to contact him when I got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, Mr. Johnson greeted me and introduced me to Dave. I told Dave I was interested in a new Odyssey or Ridgeline and he gave me a test drive around the block in a touring model. I told Dave I didn't want a touring model, but he said he'd give me a super price on it since it was on the lot. Instead, I got the dumb customer price. He then continued to quote me a much better price on the touring model that I didn't want. I asked him twice for the price on a silver Odyssey sitting in front of the store and never heard any more about it. He then took me back to Mr. Johnson who asked me what I wanted to pay for a new Odyssey. I told him I didn't know, but the current price was too high and that I didn't even want the touring model. He intimated that I was there for the free round of golf and initialed my copy of your advertisement for a free round of golf. Mr. Johnson and Dave made me feel like I was wasting their time and that I was just there for the free golf. I consider the two hours I wasted with your sales people a very bad experience and I probably won't be coming back. Every time you make a change, the "select vehicle brand" reverts to nothing, so you get kicked back and then other things like your email address changes. A great way to end a bad experience. More

I received a prompt reply. The communications were professional and helpful—these gentlemen were willing to assist in any way possible; answering all of my questions, responding to my negotiations, and ultimately, giving me the great deal I had hoped for. These guys were great with helping me get exactly what I wanted when I went to the dealership. They took their time and worked with me to make sure i was satisfied and understood what was going on. I saw the Lincoln MKX online and fell in love with the vehicle with everything from the look to the features. I don't know what possessed me too but after I left the dealership I continued to shop around just to see what else was out there, biggest mistake EVER!! The other Dealerships were like vultures as soon as you park and get out of your vehicle more than one is all over you. Numerous dealerships said I couldn't get a SUV (MKX=SUV) and tried to persuade me with things like a VERSA, CALIBER, and other things. It was at that point were i knew I should of never ventured out once I found what i wanted and was told I Could get it. Great people and Great Service is what you will get at Honda of Ocala i would suggest the place to anyone if you want a place that cares about you and not just about making a quick sale. Upon doing some research on Hondas on the internet, I came across Ocala Honda. To my surprise, a sales agent called to set up an appointment to come in to check out the great incentives being offered on came across Ocala Honda. When we arrived we were greeted by the young man who had called, Emilio Perez. Bill Johnson then approached us and introduced himself. During our visit, we were greeted by various sales people who were all very accommodating. In the end, we left with our new Honda Accord. I must say, they are a great group of people at Honda of Ocala. Emilio was very thorough in his explanation of all the features on the Accord and even helped to customize the car for us. It was a long but pleasant experience. We even got treated to lunch! More

Upon entering the business area of this dealership my wife and I were immediately greeted by Ramy Tarawneh who introduced himself pleasantly. I told him that we were here to see the Mr Chris Dehn and he wife and I were immediately greeted by Ramy Tarawneh who introduced himself pleasantly. I told him that we were here to see the Mr Chris Dehn and he did not hesitate to have us escorted to Mr. Dehn. It was very apparent that both of them wanted our experience to be positive. I asked to see a Honda Accord V6 and again it was presented to us for a test drive within five minutes of our request. Mr. Dehn explained most of the unique features of the vehicle very professionally. Both Mr Dehn and Mr Tarawneh helped with getting the price within our budget and without a high pressure sales pitch. I would suspect that we will be treated in the same fashion when our vehicle is due for maintenance. All in all it was a comfortable buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and the the two gentlemen who helped with our decision. More
