Called and made appt. to have my GPS updated and told now had to pay for it since my car was 6 yrs. old. My car was taken in on July 2, 2024 as it was not running properly. After diagnosis was done they discovered a wire was missing. Was told they had to order part and would have it fix the next day. It is now past closing time and I have not heard anything from the service team after calling earlier and leaving messages for them to call me and let me know what is happening with my car. I would have at least liked to have a phone call to let me know what the problem is. This is very unprofessional. More

I made an appointment for 9am, went in for my appointment and was told to plug a code reader in even though I have an appointment it will be a 2 hour wait and I would need a “Volkswagen specialist” to plug it in… not only was my 2 hour wait for my scheduled appointment disappointing the man who spoke to me was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me to look at the waiting room and repeating himself about his 2 hour wait as if I didn’t understand him. More
