Sam didn't give up! We were in a Hyundai lease and wanted out. Stopped to see Honda CRV and see if there was anyway they could help us dump the lease car and buy new. Sam the salesman was awesome, we didn't have our leased car with us, nor did I know my account number, or payoff on the lease. Sam didn't give up even when we were upside down on the lease and we didn't want to cough up all that money to dump lease. Sam figured it out. He made our day! The dealership also has a real nice café and great coffee, hot chocolate. It was a good feeling when I spoke to some customers having service done. They all said the same... happy they bought a Honda from Honda of Ocala! More

Very Bad don't care about there customers!!!! Today I was working out a deal on a 2016 Honda Accord and it was coming together really well. I was waiting for my wife to get off work so we could c Today I was working out a deal on a 2016 Honda Accord and it was coming together really well. I was waiting for my wife to get off work so we could come in and close the deal. We test drove the car last night right before closing. I texted and talked to the salesman all day long about the final numbers of the deal. The sales manager had ok'd the deal and I let the salesman know that I wanted the car. The salesman then texted me later in the day and asked if I was still interested as someone else was looking the car. I let him know my wife and I were 5 minutes away from the dealership and he said "ok". As my wife and I were walking up to the door, I got a text that said "Sorry the car was just sold". I thought it was a joke but it was for real. I guess Honda of Ocala doesn't care about their customers, it's all about making the maximum amount of money. Later, the salesman texted me and said they made more money on the deal from the customer that bought the car. I have this all in text on my phone, this is for real. Still in shock! But oh well, money talks. I'll definitely think twice about this dealership next time. More
