Excellent service experience Our van broke down just as we entered Ocala from out of town. Even though it was right before closing for the Thanksgiving holiday, we were welcomed. Our van broke down just as we entered Ocala from out of town. Even though it was right before closing for the Thanksgiving holiday, we were welcomed. We received a diagnosis of our problem very quickly and were given options regarding repairs. Our van was ready by the promised time and it runs beautifully. The staff was wonderful, especially Kristen Lewter who was very knowledgeable and personable. She assured us that we made to right decision to repair an older vehicle and relieved our second thoughts. We appreciated the wash also. More

The mechanic himself, Josh, was totally WOW!!!!!!!!! I was ready to have my old car towed to the Honda graveyard, wherever that is, but Josh found the problem and fixed it and all at a cost much lower than I had anticipated. I don't know if I was just fortunate to happen to get to deal with your 2 most awesome employees or if all of your service employees are that awesome but take my advice NEVER LET THOSE 2 SLIP AWAY!!!!
