Awesome New Car Buying Experience! I just wanted to express how grateful I am to Nick Rodriguez and John Simms in helping us buy a NEW 2016 CRV EX-L. This is not my first Honda, my fami I just wanted to express how grateful I am to Nick Rodriguez and John Simms in helping us buy a NEW 2016 CRV EX-L. This is not my first Honda, my family has been Honda owners for 30 plus years. Since moving to Ocala in 2008 this is my 4th Honda from Honda of Ocala. 2 for my wife and myself and 2 for our kids! It’s a great feeling to know you’re in a reliable car for your whole family. I’ve known John S. since 2008 (Great Guy) and recently had the pleasure of being helped by Nick R. He is a pro with customer satisfaction and knowledge of all the models. He made it easy. I know buying a car can be similar to root canal….. But not with these Gents! He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and made a , normally, tense situation a breeze. I found myself actually liking him. Imagine that....liking a auto salesperson??? I can actually say, that he was the bright spot in buying a new vehicle. I had dealt with the Honda dealership in Gainesville...where I bought my last Honda 7 years ago. I learned that this dealership is a brother of Honda of Ocala...so I was stunned to learn that they would not match my out the door price from Ocala Honda. I prefer to spend my money in the country I live, but I also found it very easy to spend it in Marion County when the out the door price was $1000 less than Honda of Gainesville. I will be coming to Honda of Ocala in the future...by-passing Honda of Gainesville. Thank you Frank M. for being such a stand up guy. More

The entire purchasing process was transparent. Initially, I was working with the Honda dealership in Leesburg, Florida and had the opposite experience...and so decided against purchasing a vehicle there.
