They have a cafe and was treated to breakfast when purchasing my car. I didn't trade-in my car and they offered to drive my old car 46miles back to my home, which was much appreciated. My sales associate took the time to find the car that was right for me, which I appreciated. He even had me drive a car that I was on the fence about just to be sure that I was satisfied with what I was purchasing and had no regrets. He went through the Navi system and all the electronics with me. He also followed up a day later to ask how the car was. Cons: They sold the car that I had made an appointment to drive (and purchase) and no one realized this until after I had already gotten there (46 mile drive one way). There was a second car that we were going to consider and that car too was again sold but still in the system. Fix: Update your systems faster, aka immediately. Call clients ahead of scheduled appointments to tell them if their specific car was sold. There were many (many) sales people. That being said, there needs to be more desk organization. I didn't have a "senior" sales associate and was asked to move desks to accommodate them - that should NEVER happen. If a client is sitting there - "senior" or not - walk away and use another desk. I felt like cheap cattle and that my patronage wasn't as appreciated than whomever or whatever the "senior" associate was doing. The customer is always first. I may have looked like a homeless college student, but I am a lawyer and my father is a CEO. Our family only purchases Honda products. You never know what connections someone has - if I am ever asked to move again - I will speak up about the degrading suggestion. I'm Rosa Parks and I'm not moving. Likewise, when purchasing my car, at yet another desk, my sales associate was having to run around to finance, detail etc while we were waiting to finalize the sale. Another "junior" sales associate came and sat at the desk briefly, until his cell phone rang, (playing the Narcos theme song I might add - Tv series of a drug king pin). He began to take his personal call in front of me (in Spanish, which I speak) and moved when my sales associate returned. You have fewer desks than people - obviously. There needs to be a better system of desk-musical-chairs. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional and cheapens the value that I, as a patron, bring to the business. I also thought the process of actually purchasing the car took way too long. The service was incredible but I don't have all day to spend at the dealership. I arrived at 9:15am (ate breakfast until 9:30 am) and didn't end up leaving until 2pm. The paperwork and process need to be more efficient. I was having to take business calls while sitting there. I also didn't think my car was detailed meticulously... I ended up having to clean off my door handle with some sort of gunk stuck to it. It wasn't dirty by any means - but I am very detailed and notice everything. I was also asked a few times to sign a scratch piece of paper to agree that I would purchase a car based on certain terms we talked about to drive home TODAY. (I'm assuming he took it to finance after to negotiate) However, as a lawyer, I am not signing xxxx. Furthermore, it's unprofessional and frankly, ghetto. Why am I asked for a "pre-commitment signature" to PURCHASE A CAR FROM YOU? Treat everyone like they are serious, that is genuine excellence. I kept thinking is this Lucy v. Zehmer..... Lastly, the car that was sold prior to my arrival was the exact same car, make, model (color, navi, everything the exact same) that I was later able to purchase, however, the prior car was $21,700 (ish) with 4k miles, and mine ended up being $21,300 (ish) with 13K miles. Mathematically, I was being asked to purchase a car with an extra 9,000 miles for a $400 difference..... I don't care what the dealership bought or traded the vehicle for, that car should have been been noticeably lower in price than $400... My mileage was 3X higher than the other car. I definitely didn't feel like I had genuinely gotten their "best" price - the car is a great value because it is a Honda but - I am calling xxxxxxxxx on that. We live in a cynical culture and my cons are things that most people would never notice but I think the dealership should strive to be more proficient. Great experience but not red carpet impressed. More

Frank also was just as professional throughout the buying process, as was the sales manager, Waseem.. Ramy provided his phone number to my cellphone for my convenience. That was especially appreciated. We now look forward to working with Frank to learn how to use the many technology programs, until we understand them. This salesman "after purchase help" is a great asset for your dealership, something that was never fulfilled at some other dealerships. Autos now are high technology, and 15-20 minutes at delivery are insufficient to fulfill the customer understanding to operate all the systems, and enjoy their vehicle. This is as important as finding the right vehicle. We will recommend Honda of Ocala...so keep up the good service....as we rarely recommend any company. More

I had it in for repairs 3 times and the leak still remained. This was the first time I had ever purchased a Honda car and I loved the car, however not the leak. I worked with the team at Honda of Ocala to trade in the 2015. Mike Lehman did a great job of making a potential not so great situation into a good situation. I could have not purchased another Honda car however I left with a 2017 Honda CRV and to date I love the car. More
Best time ever buying a vehicle! From the moment my wife and I walked throug The car buying experience can be a horrendous ordeal, but Honda of Ocala made it like a walk in the park. From the moment my wife and I walked through the door, we felt appreciated. No one rushed us or threw endless questions at us regarding our visit, everyone welcomed us with a smile, asked us how our day was going and offered us water, coffee, etc. It felt as if we had entered a home of a friend. The entire process could not have been more pleasant. Our representative was not only beyond courteous but extremely knowledgeable about all the products Honda had to offer . . . with absolutely no pressure. I felt very much in control of my visit and had a friend along to answer any and all questions to boot. We could not be more pleased with our visit and experience, from beginning to end; oh . . . we bought a car as well. Didn’t hurt a bit!!!! More
