Recently, we traded our 2013 Prius V to Honda of Ocala for a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. Frank Maiorino assisted with the Accord purchase. He is very knowledgable and it was a pleasure to deal with Frank. Between Frank and JJ, we reached an agreeable trade-in value for the Prius, and final sales price for the Accord. Happy with purchase experience Was pleased to see a larger selection of 2014 CRVs than in Gainesville. Via web site search found two that fit my criteria. Spoke with internet sales Was pleased to see a larger selection of 2014 CRVs than in Gainesville. Via web site search found two that fit my criteria. Spoke with internet sales rep David Ferrer in advance who had my first choice pulled up and ready to look at upon our arrival. After hassle free test drives the negotiations began. Although the offer on my trade in was well below the range shown on KBB, NADA and Honda Ocala's own website we did settle on a purchase price including the trade. David was able to have a small dent in the hood repaired before we left saving us a return trip. More

Friendly This is the second CRV we've bought from Honda of Ocala and the second with the same sales person Kevin Cash. Both times he worked for us trying to ge This is the second CRV we've bought from Honda of Ocala and the second with the same sales person Kevin Cash. Both times he worked for us trying to get the best deal possible, everyone is very friendly and they have kept in touch since the purchase. Asking if we needed any help or had any questions about our purchase. The one thing I've noticed with the new 2017 CRV the auto hand book is lot more user friendly, I'm not so great with all this new technology, but with the new hand books any question on the electronics is easy to find and the directions are as easy to follow. I do not like buying cars spending the money, dealing with the sales people and then finance, but I must say this was ok and the vehicle is great. More
