While I am closing the deal on my new CR-V, we realize my husband has parked in the GM's beloved parking spot, after numerous overhead pages, because GM comes in to the showroom demanding to know who the eff is in his xxxxxx parking spot, with my 13-yr old son, as well as other customers and employees are right in front of him. My husband heard him and went out in to the showroom asking what's the problem, stating we're trying to close a deal, and that we'll be done in just a few minutes. The GM called him an xxxxxx xxxxxx, again in front of our son who was waiting for us. How is this ever ok? To make matters worse, Waseem Tawraneh, some finance guy, then very loudly and verbally berates my husband for being "disrespectful to an employee." Seriously? My husband stood up to go out in the hall to speak to him out of earshot, and he is then accused by Waseem of "coming at him." Unbelievable! I've never been so disgusted with people in customer service. I sincerely wish today that I had gone with my gut and handed the new car keys back to one of them. Update: I have received immediate correspondence from this dealership and I believe they will do whatever is necessary to make this right. I also want to reiterate that this is no reflection on our salesman, Michael Lehman. He bent over backward from the first minute and is the epitome of respect and professionalism. It means a lot that the owner of the dealership takes things like this seriously. More

The initial sales manager (JJ) was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional even raising his voice to me in a disrespectful manor in the showroom in front of other customers when I informed him that I would return in an hour or two after a scheduled appointment.He did this after I told him that I wanted to purchase the car that day. He is there to help you make the best deal you can, helping you to understand the vehicle and the sales process. Once you make the decision Mike efficiently and competently completes the deal. I last bought a Pilot from Mike in 2012. During the intervening years Mike has stayed in touch. When I brought my vehicle in for service my would be there to make sure I was cared for. XCan't beat Mike if you want to buy a vehicle from Honda of Ocala. Icing on the cake is the great service you get from the dealership. HOO is the best. More
