In the beginning there was a little glitch, but when I explained the problem to Mr. Vislasky (the big boss), he assured me that it would be resolved to my satisfaction and I would be very happy with the outcome. He was so nice and informative that I told him we were not ready, at that point to change cars, but that I would put his name in my address book for future service. That is what we did - we contacted him when we were ready for our CRV. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He was actually the best part of our experience in purchasing the CRV. I could not have asked for any thing else than what he provided. More
wait time for service too long Appt time was for 11:00 for auto butler. Told to come in at 10:00 for oil change and tire rotation. At 1:15 service person came out and said they mixed up the time and we would have to wait for tire rotation and oil change. Ridiculous. The service person did not charge us for the work done We have had nothing but problems with your service dept from the day we purchased this car. We still cannot drive this car in the rain when it is beginning to get dark or in the dark. We got the run around from everyone. It is a safety hazard. The windshield is still so smeared with an unknown substance. It could all have been taken care of if a new windshield had been installed. You have all the records of the help we did not get from Honda. It was out first time at Honda and will be the last.. More

I purchased lots of vehicles while living in Iowa and had one salesperson there who I've dealt with for over 35 years. That being said, I moved to Ocala this June, 2017 and was very concerned when my lease was up in September. How would I find a salesperson here as personable as the one I just left? I was considering driving to Iowa to release my car but that was out of the equation. I found Honda of Ocala and was extremely pleased to find my salespeople to care and give me the same kind of expertise and compassion. I can't thank these people enough to actually care for my needs! Chris and Frank were like long lost friends that helped me through what I thought would be a nightmare. Pleasing Purchase Three of my last four cars have been Honda Accords. I appreciate what this car has for personal amenities. As a note, the "NOT Honda" was a Mercedes Three of my last four cars have been Honda Accords. I appreciate what this car has for personal amenities. As a note, the "NOT Honda" was a Mercedes SL that I really liked, but was not up to the quality and durability I had come to expect from Honda. I ended up buying my fourth Accord. I traded in my V6 coupe that I loved. I picked up the latest version of the Hybrid. While they have many things in common, as Accords, they are vastly different. The ride is comfortable and extremely economical- I have gotten over 64 mpg on a few occasions. It is a very quiet and smooth car. This is the third car I purchased at the Ocala dealership. I have a long relationship with them. When I moved into town 15 years ago, I dealt with them for my service. The dealership has gone through many changes and has only become better. Mike Lehman made this a pleasurable experience. He is easy to get to know and very knowledgeable about the cars and customer service. While I was unsure because my previous sales person had left, I felt at ease. He made many promises and has lived up to them. He has been staying in touch without being overbearing. This dealership has done well by me and I recommend them. More
