Zach is at it again he quoted me a lease price I agreed and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my and when we closed the residual was 9000 dollars higher I didn't catch till after I signed, had a meeting with General manager he said it was my fault for not stopping the deal right there I had already signed, it's hard to see under the glass and the closer has you sign so much so fast you can't read it all. Dealer would not renegotiate the price. So beware. More

My husband is driving down to Fort Myers right now to get my dad's things because he had to be put in a rehab facility because of being hurt after losing his place. We are down to one car because our youngest needed our other one while in college. All the other Honda dealerships are dealing with me through email. I was called back by Randall who said that his sales manager would not send emails and that my husband and I would have to come into the dealership either today or tomorrow. I can't tell you how helpful the other Honda dealerships in this area have been. Go to them! More

Purchased a 2022 Honda CR V and very happy with the process. We had Jason as a salesman, and he was very helpful, familiar with vehicles and let us shop at our own pace, (slow)LOL. I first time I met Doug, it was in early 2014 for service on my 2011 CR-Z. Since then he has seen me through everything from battery trouble, damage from a turkey vulture to recently having to unfortunately on my 2011 CR-Z.
