It was a wonderful experience to get the car that I wanted. I was about ready to give up and then went to Honda of Ocala and it was so pleasant and it certainly made my daughter, grand daughter and me wanted. Casey Doyle was good at first, stayed late to help us, but fell through at the end by not giving us what we paid for. We've called several times, but always busy. NEVER returned any of our calls. Zach Purvis wouldn't even return our calls, and hes's supposed to be a manager. Ovi was supposed to look into it also, no return calls either . All we wanted was our key and manual they promised us. I'm sure they lost them and won't own up to it. It's their responsibility to get them to us! We were so excited to get this Honda Accord Sport. We love it, but are very sorry we even chose this place. We also came in twice to sign papers, and they got the co-signer as the primary and the primary as co-signer. Everything is in the co-signer's name along with any & all paperwork, or anything that should go to the primary! This place is something else! Really could have been a lot better. More

i was happy and pleased with our purchase of the 2021 ford escape titanium we just bought, however; im sad to see no area for kids or babies while the parents are doing paperwork. They charged an add on fee for some bogus things like cleaning headlights and rainX, and car washes, and a lifetime warranty. Then when I buy it and pay the $2,000 extra, they tell me that I don't get th cleaning headlights and rainX, and car washes, and a lifetime warranty. Then when I buy it and pay the $2,000 extra, they tell me that I don't get the warranty because it does not apply to cars over 80,000 miles. Mine had 80,780 on it. They still took the 2 grand though. This dealership will lie through their teeth. Run away. Then on top of it, the free oil change that I got with it ended in problems. They were supposed to change the oil then wash the car and put rainX on. The put rainX on barely, but had my car sitting in the bay idling using up my gas for 40 minutes, and then did not even wash the car. Then one of the new tires they put on it had 4,000 miles on it, and went bad and they would not even cover it. You've been warned More

Went to Honda of Ocala to try and buy a new Honda Civic Type R. I used there online purchasing tools and asked for their best offer. List price was 44380 and the online offer was 44180. When I arrived at the dealer to have them appraise my 2023 Mazda CX50 Turbo Premium Plus (1200 miles) in new condition they took my key and did their walk around and took some photos. Now to the numbers, Recent offer from Carvana 40,000 Automax 41,000 and Honda of Ocala 29,000. sale price of the Honda Type R that they had sent me the online offer of 44180......well 68000. I asked politely for my key and explained we were done. The sales person went to get my key (manager) and they tried to say that the price they quoted online didn't include dealer add ons. I have all copies of the numbers. Just my experience so your mileage may vary. More
