Frank is great asset Frank never gave up Susan and I about trying to find the right deal or vehicle. We were not able to get a vehicle the first go round. Why but Frank was great about how he dealt with us. It made want go buy a car where he worked. My wife Susan asked on the way there on Friday morning what if Frank was not working that day,I we would till he was at if we had, because we did not want to deal with anyone else. They over validate your trade and then totally nickel and dime you. Might as well bring a new car. They will still find something wrong. I used the cash buy from kbb and they said my Vette was worth 12000. When I bought it in they nickel and dimes a beautiful car and offered 9000. This is after they said they would honor it in an email. I never misrepresented the car I said it was in good condition. I never said it was excellent. The kbb guy told me he worked for kbb and after he insulted me he revealed he worked for the dealership He lied with a straight face. I will never recommend this dealership. More
