But, Mike Keegan, Jr., stepped up to the plate. He paid attention to what I didn't like, then made recommendations according to my feedback. He balanced my vehicle wants/needs with my father's requests. He did not pressure me in any way, which is what I was dreading beforehand. The most important part of this experience was that Mike made it about me, the customer. And that's the best way to earn my business! Ramy T, was equally personable and a pleasure to work with, especially considering the nature of his job. I was actually comfortable signing all those million pieces of documentation. I didn't have any idea what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase since my previous vehicle was a total loss Brendan was such a pleasure to work with!
