Most enjoyable and great car buying experience I went to Honda of Ocala after visiting many car dealership websites. I narrowed my search down to three cars. I met the sales person Sam Ferron, who I went to Honda of Ocala after visiting many car dealership websites. I narrowed my search down to three cars. I met the sales person Sam Ferron, who was very polite, efficient and NOT pushy. After I saw the cars I made up my mind to buy one of them. Sam walked me through all the stages of the purchase very patiently, explained everything and showed a pleasant sense of humor. Then for the financing I dealt with Ovi, and he, too, was as friendly as could be. He explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the finances. I thouroughly enjoyed my car buying experience thanks to these two gentleman. More

I recently purchased a new Honda Accord and the salesman, Mike Lehman was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and explained all the features thoroughly. He was very pleasant and made the process enjoyable. I rate him as a ten (10) in all of the following: 1. making the purchase experience timely and efficient 2. Understanding ny needs 3. Thorough knowledge about the vehicle 4. Thoroughly explaining of the vehicle features and technology 5. Guiding me through pairing my phone with bluetooth and HandsFree Link, setting radio presets, use of audio controls and door lock setting The only thing that I would recommend the dealership do differently is for the financial person to provide printed copy of all the finance pages rather than (or in addition to) a thumb drive.
