Don't buy a car unless if they don't have a car in the showroom they are misleading. Ask for Specific VIN number and MSRP sticker and ask for car arrival ETA also copy of the contract agreement. I provide them $1k deposit they promised me the color of the car sonic gray pearl and car arrival ETA between January 15 to 30 and I trust them. I left with out any copy of prof documentation. Then I call them after 2 weeks to get updat of the car the history is changing the car color to silver Metallic and the day ETA arrival of the car pushed back to end of February after that I asked them the contract paper agreement. They told me no specification of the car in the contract agreement. How car dealer to sale a car with out specific details of the car on the contract agreement. Instead of excuse. The general sales manager Sammy Godreau and the finance director Roger Jauregui they are extremely rude. Thanks to them convincing me to find another dealer. More
Terrible service department. They don't return calls and does not fulfill their promises.They tell you that they will call back with the expected repair date and time but fail on many front. I highly recommend Oakland Honda dealership for their great customer service. Ricky and the team offered a no-pressure, supportive car buying experience. Sitting in customer lounge waiting three hours for oil change and tire rotation. I was sixth car in line at the service bay door when it opened at 7 am and had an appointment. Rude service “advisor”. These slimy people not only sold my 90-year-old aunt, with dementia and a suspended driver's license, a car that she couldn't drive and couldn't afford, they also talked her into expensive service contra with dementia and a suspended driver's license, a car that she couldn't drive and couldn't afford, they also talked her into expensive service contracts. And when the family has tried to intervene they've refuse to be any help at all. They won't even share the loan information. No principles at all. More
I bought my minivan here. Here is my horrible experience 1. I forwarded my confirmed quotes and likely quotes. Sales manager named ' Sammy Godreau'. He said he will beat all the offers by 500$ experience 1. I forwarded my confirmed quotes and likely quotes. Sales manager named ' Sammy Godreau'. He said he will beat all the offers by 500$. I asked him to confirm the price include a 500$ beating in writing which he said he will but never send one but he said it should not be a problem and booked an appointment for us. When we showed he didn't beat the price and the lowest price is likely to price which I got verbal confirmation and I offered them to make a call to another dealer via speaker but they never took it and really didn't beat the price. They just matched the price. Since I traveled a long distance along with family I ended up buying it. 2. When I showed up to the appointment the minivan that we are interested in has been sold even though we told them we will show up the next day morning with a confirmed appointment so we have to wait for 3 hours until they transferred the minivan from a different dealer. 3. There is a small manufacturing defect in the minivan when I asked them to take care of it they said it is damage which I need to go through my insurance, there is no scratch or any dent so how in this they call that is damage Worst experience. NEVER BUY YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM AND IF YOU DO ALWAYS GET WRITTEN QUOTE. More

Yacov, who was very friendly, went over all options during closing. No pressure to buy extended warranty (I declined all). Got a great price on my CRV. I am a USAA member and can request price/purchase through its car-buying service. USAA's quote was the same as Honda of Oakland. More
