I had an appointment for annual maintenance that they told me would take 90 minutes. Turns out it only took about 30. Fantastic. They were organized and friendly. Came in on Sat. morning with scheduled appointment. Service advisor name was Trevor. He was helpful and friendly and overall appt. took about an hour for oil/filte morning with scheduled appointment.
