My happiness with Robertson Honda North Hollywood Since 1977 my family and I have purchased our Honda’s from Robertson Honda and all our Honda’s have been serviced by Robertson. My service writer Marcel Fuentes is like an honest friend. Besides what the service callout is if there is something that needs attention or replacement…we trust Marcel. The quality of the mechanic/techs that Robertson employees is another plus. Please understand that from 1960 and up I have built and raced cars, hot rods, off-road, and boats from K or L stock at San Fernando Drag Strip to AA Supercharged Gas and up to Fuel Funny Cars…so my knowledge and experiences are more than changing my own oil and spark plugs . No one likes when things go wrong 2016 Civic. I don't expect things to go wrong with this car but... When it does I feel confident in taking it to Robertson Honda. They have always 2016 Civic. This Is Why I Have Gone To Robertson for Over 20 Years My 2012 Honda Fit had a bizarre problem with the air conditioning whereby it would only blow warm air on trips of longer than an hour. Robert and Mar My 2012 Honda Fit had a bizarre problem with the air conditioning whereby it would only blow warm air on trips of longer than an hour. Robert and Marcel brought the car in and did a complete air conditioning service which revealed that the car was low on Freon. Since the system had no leaks and was essentially as it was when I bought the car, Robert contacted Honda and they did a recharge for me no charge. This saved me a bunch of money and should fix the problem. To have a dealer go out of its way to help me, one solitary customer with an out of warranty issue, is just exceptional customer service. More
