Fast Service, Courteous and Professional Service Writers The battery in my 2015 Honda CR-V was dead and needed to be replaced (it was still covered under the manufacturers warranty). I originally took, the c The battery in my 2015 Honda CR-V was dead and needed to be replaced (it was still covered under the manufacturers warranty). I originally took, the car to Culver City Honda because it is close to where I live. However, after approximately, 2 1/2 hours, rude service people, and northing being done to my car, I left. I was very aggravated! My family member took the car to Robertson Honda in North Hollywood where the car was purchased. I could not be more pleased with the service at Robertson Honda. The battery was replaced without issue and the multi point inspection was performed on the car. Sal was extremely helpful in going over the inspection results. Sal gave an estimate of how long the service would take. He was spot on. Never again to Culver City Honda. Robertson Honda is the only place I will take my car for service. Thank you. More

Yohana Larios - Great Customer Service I want to say a big Thank You to Yohana Larios, my customer service specialist who helped out in a most expedient and efficient manner. She made sure I want to say a big Thank You to Yohana Larios, my customer service specialist who helped out in a most expedient and efficient manner. She made sure that I was well informed of the issues of my vehicle and that the repairs were done in a timely matter. Plus, as to ease the dent in our holiday budget she presented me with two movie tickets to give us something more to smile about. All in all, a good experience. The only hard thing about it was that this major repair expense happened during the holiday season. Really at no fault to Honda but it hurts somewhat as the repair costs can at times be high. Thank you Yohana and Honda for getting our vehicle back up to par. Merry Holidays! More

Fast service. I always take my car there. Robertson Honda squeezed my car into the schedule right before the holidays. I got there by 1:30pm and was out by 4:30pm. Oil change, new fluids, new Robertson Honda squeezed my car into the schedule right before the holidays. I got there by 1:30pm and was out by 4:30pm. Oil change, new fluids, new battery, new wiper refills and new right engine mount. Joe Lopez was quite personable and made sure I was able to use coupons towards my service. Unfortunately, they were out of the free movie tickets since I spent over $300 but Joe promised to mail them to me. My only comment is when the mechanics replace the car battery, they should check to make sure the audio system and clocks have been properly set before handing the car over to the customer. I almost drove off without having them put in the correct code and reset the radio and clock. More
