We have bought used cars for our sons from Robertson where they always have a stock of well-maintained Honda's that are in like new condition. Our Service Rep Marcel Fuentes is a person that we book our service appointments around his work schedule. While we have used other excellent rep's, Marcel is our first choice. I am 73 and grew building hot rods, street racing, AA/Gasser's, AA/Fuel Funny, Drag Boats, off-road and street motorcycles, and off-road cars. Plus, restoring classics and muscle cars. So, I am not a person that blindly accepts what a service rep says, but I have total faith and confidence in Marcel. If he says one of our cars needs something it is because it really does. Quick service Drove-in as a first time customer and without an appointment. Had my CRV's second oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection performed. Mr Jeremiah Carpenter advised and assisted me in the process and told me that the car will be ready in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Went to the next door In-n-Out burger and before we finished eating, he called that car is ready. Wow! it took only less than an hour. I was impressed. More
