Great but 1 requested quote I asked for, way out of the orbi $980 labor quote just to install a new sunroof motor that I had purchased and in the backseat for service to check out, it seems like I was quoted an $980 labor quote just to install a new sunroof motor that I had purchased and in the backseat for service to check out, it seems like I was quoted an entire sunroof replacement labor ......seems to me....and told not to be done Sat the day I came in (thats fine) but my new motor box was never opened, unsealed for the service to give a better estimate of JUST the motor.....I think they just clocked the work i wanted quoted as the whole ordeal.....hence, no deal and I left just with my one request, a new key fob programming, which was excellent and Yohanna is awesome That sunroof motor could've been replaced in 2 hours probably. More

Trustworthy customer service I was having trouble with my car spontaneously unable to start. I thought it might be the battery or starter. Needless to say this was very bad & sad news & I appreciated his approach with me. He told me earlier in the day he drove a 1999 auto so I asked him what he would do in my situation & trusted he would give me an honest answer. A rating of 10 + + goes to Jeremiah! I have a suggestion for the Service Department. I had my CRV serviced at Rob Honda for 18 years. Every time I called to make an appoinment the person on the phone asked if I had ever been to Rob Honda. It got to be a little insulting. Figure out a way to ID your faithful customers when they call in for a service appointment. Thanks! More

Car service I have been servicing my car at Robertson for the last four years. They are by far the most expedient and professional team I've met. I've always felt I have been servicing my car at Robertson for the last four years. They are by far the most expedient and professional team I've met. I've always felt my car was in good hands, and trusted them with recommendations for repair. Regardless of how frantic I am, they are always cool and collected from the minute I drive in. My old 2000 Honda CRV was recently written off after 18 excellent years, I just purchased a new one and Robertson is my company of choice for maintaining my vehicle, hopefully for the next 18 years. My service advisor was Jeremiah Carpenter and he was very informative in explaining a few things about my vehicle and providing tips on the service contract. His recommendations were well received. There are a lot of companies out there that perform lip service, but Robertson is beyond that. They are a genuine team who helps you to make the right decisions in caring for your vehicle! More
