With all the changes at this dealership, I appreciated Manny introducing himself as the service advisor that would be helping me. Went in with check engine light issue pertaining to emissions system. They indicated primary catalytic converter needed replacing. And they indicated my brake rotors needed replacing. Service Advisor Brandon Nava/5657..... I went for: 1* Oil & Fluid change Kit: K206A 2* Rotate Tires 3* Recall Fuel Pump. 1* Oil & fluid change done. 2* Tire rotation NOT done. My Gorilla Dual-Stage wheel lock was in the glove box but Service item 2* on the Description of Service & Parts said "Could not complete tire rotation due to no wheel lock". I believe service tech Getnet Tegaw does NOT know how to use the Gorilla Dual-Stage wheel lock. That is why he did NOT do the tire rotation. 3* Recalled Fuel pump not replaced because no trouble with fuel pump. 05HOZ01.... I have driven 19,449 miles on my 2018 Odyssey VIN 5FNRL6H9JB062028....... More
