I started searching on-line, to cover a large geographic area, and to get the best price possible. My search took me from San Francisco to San Diego,. With numerous phone calls and emails from various dealers. Then I received a phone call from Dave Dallons, of Robertson Honda. What a difference! He was straightforward, respectful and professional. With no high pressure, just the best price. I live in Bakersfield, CA., and had already looked here at the local Honda dealership, only to find a staff that was disorganized, unfriendly, and simply used high pressure tactics to try and secure my business. My final decision was made due to Dave. I then purchased my new CRV from Dave/Robertson Honda. The staff there made the experience so enjoyable and positive. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Josie Abeyta was professional and patient. Paria Zeydi the finance Manager was a delight. She was extremely helpful during the finance process. I absolutely loved working with Dave Dallons, Josie Abeyta and Paria Zeydi! What assets they all are to Robertson Honda, and their buyers. Every dealership throws around meaningless terms like "family" and "friendly". But at Robertson Honda I did not find the cardboard cutouts of stereotypical sales people, as car buyers have come to expect. I met and dealt with REAL people. Real nice people. I am quite pleased with my new CR-V. If you're looking for the best deal, and a positive experience when buying a new Honda, try Robertson Honda in North Hollywood. I did, and I couldn't be happier! WONDERFUL staff and EXCELLENT care We leased our first Honda from Robertson Honda two years ago, and had a wonderful experience with Hamlet. We were blown away by how straightforward and helpful he was; he got us an incredible rate, beating out two other dealerships by hundreds of dollars, and helped us find an insurance agent who got us a great rate, too. This year, we decided to trade in our car early. We went right back to him, and he managed to do it again! We upgraded to a new vehicle and he got us an exceptional monthly rate and didn't push us for a bigger down payment than we were comfortable with. We've also brought our vehicle to the service center for maintenance and had very good experiences with the staff and the work they've done. I know that many people go into the car buying process with trepidation and a sense of intimidation, but I can truly say that I have never felt anything but honesty and helpfulness from the people at Robertson Honda. Don't go anywhere else! More

They're service was speedy and accommodating. Really made me feel like they cared about me and my situation. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership. The new car sales manager Paul overlooked the whole transaction and made sure I got the best deal possible. More

THE BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP IN LA!!!! My lease was coming up on my accord, and all the dealerships I went to tried to get me to pay more for my new lease. Out of the 4 other Honda dealersh My lease was coming up on my accord, and all the dealerships I went to tried to get me to pay more for my new lease. Out of the 4 other Honda dealerships I went to Aldo and Barry at Robertson were the only ones to have actually helped me. They listened to my wants and needs and were very patient with me. I wanted a new accord sport in white, and apparently that is a very popular color. Barry called there sister store Robertson Honda Palmdale and they were able to get the car for me that day. I am very happy with my experience and especially my new CAR!!! I recommend Aldo and Barry to everyone, these guys will work hard for you. More

I'm helping my friend buy-out her existing Honda CRZ lease today and decided to make an appointment myself to make sure we were attended to properly. Avo Topalkaradzhyan picked up my phone call into the store and gladly assisted me with setting up a visit, on a 30 minute notice! He not only was able to give us accurate quotes for purchasing the lease, but also showed multiple options with extended warranties, leasing a new car, and a purchase option on a new Honda. I currently live in New Orleans, but last week I was In Los Angeles with my friend Cheryl. So when I was in LA, I was staying with my friend Cheryl, and one afternoon we were going to have lunch on the 101 freeway and on the freeway her car literally started to smoke up little by little and she was pressing the gas and the car was not going, we got freaked out. So we were able to pull to the side of the freeway (thank God), I mean we got really scared. So since we were in the North Hollywood / Hollywood area, so Cheryl gave the Robertson honda a call and this nice guy picked up, I believe his name was Robert, and he told us not to worry about anything and not to drive the car, and just to make sure we were in a safe spot, so we don't get hurt. So it really showed that he cared about us more than the car at the moment. So even though it was not my car and I was not driving I really liked that. Anyways Cheryl told me that it was her first time calling this honda dealership. she really liked their service and I did too. They sent us a tow truck and took us to their dealer, gave us another car and took her car for a repair. Btw her car was like a old honda civic, i don't know the year. Anyways from my point of view, I really liked how the dealership treated us, I think it was really cool. Surprisingly some people can be nice. Loved Los Angeles, I wish I can come back soon ;) More
