Incompetent Mechanics I am STILL stuck at this place waiting for my car which is two hours late past its estimated completion time. Why? Because the mechanics installed the wrong part and had to uninstall it and completely redo the repair. Thank goodness this was a repair from a recall notice so I'm not going to spend any money in this place. I'm just waiting to get my car, get out of here, and never give my business here. Still waiting.... UPDATE: Well, I have now left because I couldn't submit my review while at the service center because the internet connection was so bad. Finally got my car and was greeted by the employee with a "Phew! Crazy day..." Like I'm supposed to feel bad for him so I won't be upset. Not even an attempt at an apology for the mistake and the wait. Thank goodness I copied my review before trying to submit it so I didn't have to type it all again. I'm going to rate customer service lower this time. More

Awful customer service Today I had very bad customer service. I been pre approved 2 days ago and finally got time to come over. Called to ask if car still there, but it took employee over hour and a half to find car and find out where is paper work. Then Jorge used car manager told that he busy with other client that's why he delay my request, wow really? Since I didn't find my self important to Robertson Honda, I will take my business somewhere else. Special thank you to receptionist at the time, Natalie and Jorge. You guys should take award of worse employee of the mouth. More

Elder Abuse by financial exploitation This dealership was involved in tricking my 91 year old father into signing 2 different contracts for purchasing cars. This happened a few months apa This dealership was involved in tricking my 91 year old father into signing 2 different contracts for purchasing cars. This happened a few months apart. The salesman went with the caregiver to his house both times to trick him into doing this. What car salesman makes house calls unless it is to deceive someone. An abuse report has been filed. One was for a 2015 car and the other was a 2009 car. Both are Hondas. More

I started searching on-line, to cover a large geographic area, and to get the best price possible. My search took me from San Francisco to San Diego,. With numerous phone calls and emails from various dealers. Then I received a phone call from Dave Dallons, of Robertson Honda. What a difference! He was straightforward, respectful and professional. With no high pressure, just the best price. I live in Bakersfield, CA., and had already looked here at the local Honda dealership, only to find a staff that was disorganized, unfriendly, and simply used high pressure tactics to try and secure my business. My final decision was made due to Dave. I then purchased my new CRV from Dave/Robertson Honda. The staff there made the experience so enjoyable and positive. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Josie Abeyta was professional and patient. Paria Zeydi the finance Manager was a delight. She was extremely helpful during the finance process. I absolutely loved working with Dave Dallons, Josie Abeyta and Paria Zeydi! What assets they all are to Robertson Honda, and their buyers. Every dealership throws around meaningless terms like "family" and "friendly". But at Robertson Honda I did not find the cardboard cutouts of stereotypical sales people, as car buyers have come to expect. I met and dealt with REAL people. Real nice people. I am quite pleased with my new CR-V. If you're looking for the best deal, and a positive experience when buying a new Honda, try Robertson Honda in North Hollywood. I did, and I couldn't be happier!
