If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! They are a bunch of shady people who just want your money and can care less about the customer. I am a long time Honda owner. I have had many Honda's during my adult life. I have lived all across the United States. This is the worst Honda dealership and repair shop I have ever encountered. I had a 2003 Honda CRV which needed tune ups, minor repairs, etc... They could never seem to get the repairs done right, and then they would argue with me. I had to take my car back several times when it should have been fixed the first time. Once, they gave me a complimentary car wash that was the equivalent of wetting it with a hose. Terrible dealership, shoddy work, did not trust them and no longer patronize their establishment. More
FIVE STARS!!! I've been looking for a shop to deal with growing problems for my accord. I have to admit I've seen less than perfect reviews for Robertson Honda on yelp, but they were close by, and I thoug growing problems for my accord. The service manager, Barry, was AWESOME! No xx ... no big rip off sales routine ... I did have a couple things that needed repair, but they were accomplished quickly and I feel safer in my car now thanks to Barry ... he's my "guy" when it comes to auto work! Way to GO! More

PAUL MANVELYAN and STEVE GRIGORIAN were the two rude people I was dealing with. They not only used profanity in English but also said several bad words to me in Armenian which they did not know I understood a little. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DISHONEST place to lease from. I thought that these dealerships tried to at least respect their customers. For these people you are just another dollar sign and they will do everything they can to rip you off. Dont be fooled by their gimmicks and free offers. This is just all the extra stuff they have to do to trick people to coming in because their service is so bad. Paul Manvelyan, an idiot, was so rude and pushy I had to contact his supervisor. His card says "team manager" but I want to know which moron made this guy any type of manager. I went there to look at the used car lot looking for 09-10 Accord and was met by an older Filipino gentlemen that showed me what vehicles they had that fit the description of what I was looking for. After finding a car I was happy with, I when inside to get some numbers with my mom, but was really not satisfied with where the amount of the car would be sold at. So we decided leave, as we exited the dealership the manager of the dealership told my mom that if we would give the car at the price it would be like give it for free and was being pushy, rude, and ignorant with some of the comments he had said. At this point it didn't matter what the said we weren't buying a car from them. He came off extremely rude, if you must go there try dealing with the gentlemen in the used car lot, who was a million times better. More

When I wrote a letter of complaint to both the service manager and owner of Robertson Honda, neither one bothered to respond. We went here to look at the Honda Odyssey, they had only ONE to sell, after test driving it we decided to talk numbers with Luis and Paul. After two and half hours, we finally all agreed on a price. We gave them all of our info and were ready to get a new car. Another hour went by and we had the rest of our family come to the dealership to see our new car, then Paul came out and said, sorry, we made a mistake, we were basing our numbers on a different car and can't make the deal. Being six months pregnant and having a toddler who wanted me home, we said around the two and a half hour mark that if they couldn't make us a deal to just let us know and we wouldn't waste anyones time, they said no no no, stay, we can do this... it is ridiculous that they had us sit and waste our whole day, when they only had ONE Honda Odyssey to sell and then after making a deal with us, saying that they didn't know what car they were talking about, and couldn't make the deal they promised us. I should have looked at the others warnings on this site before going here, but now that I have experienced working with them first hand, for anyone looking here, I would not recommend this dealership unless you just have time and energy to waste. I had a really good experience at this dealer. I worked with Jun who was really nice and laid back, basically no pressure at all. He was really knowledgeable about the car I was interested in (Civic Hybrid with Jun who was really nice and laid back, basically no pressure at all. I wasn't getting financing, so I have no idea if that part of things is a pain here or not. Of course I had to sit through the spiel about the extended warranty, but there's no way around that. I came by to the dealership to check out the new Honda Insight. I have been looking for a hybrid vehicle and Toyotas Prius is just way to expensive. The new Insight seems nice so I called in and asked if they had any in stock. I spoke to a guy named Mario and he set me up with an appointment to see one of the managers. When I got there, Tanny, the manager greeted me with a smile and said that he knew why I was there. He told me that Mel, would be the one showing me the Insight and I went for my test drive. I really like the Insight and the way it drives. Its a lot less expensive than the Toyota Prius thats for sure!! Overall, I liked my experiance. I told Mel, that I was not ready to buy that day, just wanted to test drive. He was friendly and not at all pushy like some other places I have been. At the end I met Tanny once more and he offered to show me what he could do for me but I told him that I was not yet ready. Mel gave me his card and told me that once I was ready to give him a call. I totally did not feel any pressure to buy. Once, I'm ready, this is where I'll come to to buy my Insight. More
