This Is Why I Have Gone To Robertson for Over 20 Years My 2012 Honda Fit had a bizarre problem with the air conditioning whereby it would only blow warm air on trips of longer than an hour. Robert and Mar My 2012 Honda Fit had a bizarre problem with the air conditioning whereby it would only blow warm air on trips of longer than an hour. Robert and Marcel brought the car in and did a complete air conditioning service which revealed that the car was low on Freon. Since the system had no leaks and was essentially as it was when I bought the car, Robert contacted Honda and they did a recharge for me no charge. This saved me a bunch of money and should fix the problem. To have a dealer go out of its way to help me, one solitary customer with an out of warranty issue, is just exceptional customer service. More
