Service Team was GREAT! Receptionist on Show Floor was not. When I pulled my car in for recall repairs Yohana greeted me right away and was unbelievably helpful. I got text updates throughout the day and she had them bring my car over to the Showroom for pick up after hours. They left the paperwork and my key with the receptionist in the showroom. Unfortunately, the Showroom Receptionist was not great. When I walked in to pick my car up she didn't look up from her cell phone. A very nice sales guy greeted me and brought me to her. When she did finally look up at me all I got was a blank stare when I explained my situation. My boyfriend was the one that pointed to the key and paperwork on the desk directly in front of her. The 5 stars are for Yohana and the Service team. The receptionist on the Sales side was pretty bad. Especially because her one job is Customer Service. More
