She made sure that I was well informed of the issues of my vehicle and that the repairs were done in a timely matter. Plus, as to ease the dent in our holiday budget she presented me with two movie tickets to give us something more to smile about. All in all, a good experience. The only hard thing about it was that this major repair expense happened during the holiday season. Really at no fault to Honda but it hurts somewhat as the repair costs can at times be high. Thank you Yohana and Honda for getting our vehicle back up to par. Merry Holidays! More

Courteous, great explainers, great place to wait with free coffee and clean restrooms plus an internet connection...WOW! More
