My battery was 2-3 months old and there was a whirring noise that varied with the RPM, so I knew it was the alternator. It is around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and I was hoping that they had or could get the needed alternator and have my van ready before their quitting time. Other than an unexpected cost, I could now have a very nice Easter Sunday, thanks to Service Rep Yohanna Carpenter. More
