When scheduled appointment for oil change I was given incorrect information. I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Accord from Honda of North Hollywood. At the time of the sale, I was told the car didn’t have any accidents. The following day, after purchasing the car, I thoroughly ins North Hollywood. At the time of the sale, I was told the car didn’t have any accidents. The following day, after purchasing the car, I thoroughly inspected the car, and I found damage to the radiator support from an accident. I also discovered what appears to be an oil leak at the valve cover. I immediately called them, and I was told to bring the car in to the service department to have it looked at and speak with the used car director. I took the car in and spoke with David Edwards. I plead my case with him, and he wasn’t helpful at all. He told me why I was so worried about it if it’s not something noticeable from the exterior. I replied that if I had known about this at the time of the sale, I wouldn’t have bought the car. For the price I paid for the car, it shouldn’t have any issues or accidents. Apparently they did an 182-point inspection on the car, and it's hard to believe that they didn’t notice the damage or leak during that inspection. I feel that they knew about it. I could have paid less for a car with a previous accident, but that’s not what I was looking for. I feel like I was ripped off. All David Edward’s offered was a bracket that support the top grille and top cover. Which I find very disappointing. I would have thought that they would want to make things right by either fixing it or reimbursing me for what the car is really worth. I tried speaking with the general manager and I was told she was in a meeting but that they would give her my contact information. Till this day I haven’t heard from her. I had to take the car to another Honda service center to get the valve cover gasket replaced to stop the leak at the valve cover. I definitely do not recommend buying a car from this dealer ship. It’s a privately owned so Honda corporate can’t assist with issues. More

I have been coming to Honda of North Hollywood since 2016. Everyone I met, from the service advisor to the person who brought my car to the front, is very courteous & professional.
