Service Dept at Robertson Honda I live in Burbank but willingly drive the 6 or 7 miles to Robertson's in N. Hollywood for service since Phil at Phil's Imports in Burbank has retired. But I also love the large facility on Lankershim, the ease in making an appointment and the large, clean and very comfortable waiting area with Wi Fi. Additionally when I went in for an oil change on our 2000 Accord a few weeks ago their routine diagnostics check showed the wheels out of alignment which is a sure way to waste many miles off of new tires. Took care of that. Also it showed the front brake pads were very low. A few days later I was sent an offer for a great discount on the brake job and went back in yesterday to take care of that. It was a very good deal. I'm no novice around repair bills for many cars over the years. So yes ... thumbs up for the Service Department and everyone I've dealt with has been great. More
