2004 Honda Odyssey Shaft seal leak repair I was impressed with this dealer's world class multi-point inspection. Three months ago I took my car on this Robertson Honda dealership to do a I was impressed with this dealer's world class multi-point inspection. Three months ago I took my car on this Robertson Honda dealership to do an oil change on my car. When the service was done, I was informed by my sales advisor that my van has a shaft seal leak. They gave me a reasonable price for the estimate. I tried to get another quote from another dealer, and an authorized AAA mechanic for comparison and for some reason they quoted me more than $50 dollars more. On June 12 2018, I brought the car back for the repair. I was expecting that they might charge me more, because some service centers estimates are only valid for 30 days. Well not with them. They fix the car with a reasonable time and they even cleaned the bottom end portion of my engine and transmission. For sure I will bring my other Galpin Honda rides to this dealership moving forward. Top notch service indeed. More

Best sustained service, best value in vehicles and service My husband and I have owned Hondas for 30 years. We have had them all serviced at Robertson. Despite the rap out there about service from the dealer My husband and I have owned Hondas for 30 years. We have had them all serviced at Robertson. Despite the rap out there about service from the dealer being more expensive, Robertson holds its service prices to reasonable levels. And we've never worried about whether it's been done right because it is. My CRV is fabulous, and my husband's old Civic is still running nicely with 114,000 miles on it. More

Great but 1 requested quote I asked for, way out of the orbi $980 labor quote just to install a new sunroof motor that I had purchased and in the backseat for service to check out, it seems like I was quoted an $980 labor quote just to install a new sunroof motor that I had purchased and in the backseat for service to check out, it seems like I was quoted an entire sunroof replacement labor ......seems to me....and told not to be done Sat the day I came in (thats fine) but my new motor box was never opened, unsealed for the service to give a better estimate of JUST the motor.....I think they just clocked the work i wanted quoted as the whole ordeal.....hence, no deal and I left just with my one request, a new key fob programming, which was excellent and Yohanna is awesome That sunroof motor could've been replaced in 2 hours probably. More
