The service team was friendly and fair. I sent a text to the service team member when it was taking longer than the allotted time to service my car. He advised me that lights were left on w I sent a text to the service team member when it was taking longer than the allotted time to service my car. He advised me that lights were left on which drained my battery and it wasn’t taking a charge. Since it was service team error for draining battery, they would replace mine at no cost. That is what I call proactive and transparent customer service, That is why I love my Honda and this dealership. More

Fast and Friendly I brought in my Honda CRV and Honda Fit for an oil change. I had an appointment. The service associate was very friendly and not pushy. He recommended a 90K service for my CRV , and when i declined, he respected my decision and didn’t try to guilt me into getting it done. My Fit had an airbag recall. The oil service for both and the recall repair were done in 1 hour. The service associate checked in with us 2-3 times to update us on the progress. Thank you very much Marcel Fuentes. Additionally, you can’t beat the price. It was $89 dollars for both cars that use synthetic oil. Elsewhere, like Jiffy Lube, it would’ve been at least $90 for one car. It’s conveniently located, there’s an in n out within walking distance if u get hungry while you’re waiting. The waiting lobby has super comfortable chairs. I highly recommend this location to get your Hondas serviced. More
