I've been in LA for 10 years and went from buying my first car (horrible experience) to leasing my second car (fine experience) to leasing my next car at Robertson Honda (decent experience) to my curren first car (horrible experience) to leasing my second car (fine experience) to leasing my next car at Robertson Honda (decent experience) to my current lease under Ocean Honda. Stuart Lipschitz promised an easy, fast, no BA experience and I was 100% given exactly what he promised. I was in and out of there, no lie, within 3 hrs. Stuart showed me a car, we test drove, he explained all the features, introduced me to everyone who would be involved in the process (Joe Montasser, General Manager and Tony Sassadyan, Finance) and they were equally as great as Stuart. Stuart kept me informed every step of the way. He wasn't the typical car salesman. He wasn't pushy, condescending or misleading. He didn't play any of the usual games. It was the most straightforward process ever. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease. What a great guy! Thank you, Stuart & Ocean Honda! More

I had my passport brought in for recall work. When I got it back I noticed two tabs sticking out from under the screen. That wasn't there before and them leaving it there shows just how SLOPPY their workman it back I noticed two tabs sticking out from under the screen. That wasn't there before and them leaving it there shows just how SLOPPY their workmanship is and how POOR their attention to details are. In addition the service advisor, Lisa Bell has terrible customer service manners: no greetings, acts like you're a waste of her time & acts entitled. Just look at their service complaint history and you'll see how bad this dealership is. Avoid them and spare yourself unnecessary return trips and damage to your car! More
