Trevor was excellent! However, I believe that as busy as it was on Saturday, there should have been more than 4 service people working to process the cars. The line was around the corner! I've been dealing with this dealership even before it was ocean for over 12 years and that line was never, ever, ever like that. And on a Saturday, there was always way more service people to help.
