Also I was told they were only going to look at my credit and it would be soft pull and turns out it ended up being a hard inquiry on my credit. They wouldn’t give me hard copy of my emissions nor a hard copy of my contract, and to top it off, they initially wanted me to drive an hr to them to sign missing documents that they made an error on without offering courtesy gas. Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant. I told them to email me and what they email wasn’t even a docu sign. I was so irritated with them for their lack of service I told the finance guy to just overnight me the things I need to sign... More

Everyone was courteous and helpful, A little hiccup in communication along the way, but we got it straighten out and moved on to a successful conclusion. Honda of Newnan has greatly streamlined the paper work but it still takes way too long. I greatly appreciate your willingness to work with me on price as you initially were not the best offer and I wanted to stay local if possible. I am not a big fan of manatory dealer add on's but at the negoiated price yours do seem to offer good value. To sum up, as stated above, overall good car buying experience. I would definitely recommend your guys. More
