At no other time when we were there the first time did they try to help us with doing that! He found one and we purchased. Then unfortunately it took us over 4 hrs to do paperwork!! This was after we had all numbers done and was waiting for finance!! Why does that process take over 4hrs!!! More

Great Service I came in to buy.. I stopped by quickly to see what they had in stock, versus what i had seen via their website. I test drove one vehicle and was out I came in to buy.. I stopped by quickly to see what they had in stock, versus what i had seen via their website. I test drove one vehicle and was out of time. My salesperson showed me a couple more when i spotted the one i knew i wanted. I told him i would be back in the morning to test drive it. i came back the next morning and test drove her. She was perfect. I signed the papers and took her home. Total time at dealership on that Thursday was 2 hrs even. Yes, it was that easy.. More

Devon took her time with me and was very knowledgeable about the inventory and specifics of the cars I was interested in. very patient, sweet and not pushy at all. overall pleasant personality and a ray of sunshine. Feel like I left there and made a new friendship- You are very lucky to have her a team member. Brian stepped in as a Manager to Devon as I wanted the combination of the Accord EXL and Sport. He directed Devon that one was available on the lot and then I was SOLD. Thankful for Brian. Very helpful Rob Todd was excellent in Finance. Very thorough and great customer service. I live in Cols and NO ONE here at our Honda Dealership compares to Newnan. Worst Buying Experience My family and I showed up at about 6:20-6:30pm Friday (4/26/19) evening and requested a test drive. After driving, we decided to purchase. We asked My family and I showed up at about 6:20-6:30pm Friday (4/26/19) evening and requested a test drive. After driving, we decided to purchase. We asked several questions about the car are were given incorrect information about many things by the car salesman (who told us he had only been there about a month and a half). He also was incorrectly using the brake assist paddles as “sports gears” which were obviously not what they were made for (I feel sorry for anyone who buys the car we took on a test drive where he was showing us how it revs up when he presses the paddles). He also told us that Honda does not offer military discount (for the record, Honda offers a $500 discount). We were a little put back about the price because when we had spoken to the sales rep inside and he had pulled up the vehicles and colors they had in stock, all of the prices were identical. After we chose to buy, the price went up $2,000. My husband and I have EXCELLENT credit and FICO scores (FICO was 860 and 815) and were blown away when (after being at the dealership for over 3 hours with our children) the finance guy told us we would have an interest rate of 4.95%! That felt like a slap in the face. We know people with scores 200 points below ours who are only paying 4.25%. The lowest the finance guy offered us was 3.94% with a "large" down payment. We were already frustrated after spending our whole evening there, and then he asked why we had been there so long. Umm....because we were told we were waiting on him!!! We decided to go through our bank to get the loan and was having difficulties getting the banking app to work. If we would have known earlier about any numbers, we could have already had it completed. As we were struggling with the app, the finance guy got more and more aggravated that we wouldn't just take what he had to offer and tried to talk down to us for not wanting to also add the extended warranty. He kept saying that we were making a big deal about $300 dollars and that that would be the only difference in the loan we were getting through our bank and going through Honda finance. Except for the fact that we actually ended up with a 3.14% interest rate with NO down payment. We ended up leaving at about 10:15pm with no car. The sales manager chased us down and asked what happened and we explained that we had been there, with our children, for 4 hours and the service from the finance guy was atrocious. He said he would call in the morning to try and make things right. He did contact us Saturday morning, but we were in a movie. When we got out of the movie, we only had about 20-25 minutes before I had to go show a house. I called and asked if they could finish us up in that time frame and they assured us they could. We went back to the dealership only to have our salesman from the night before tell us that they couldn't actually get us in and out in that amount of time. We had to leave and go back a 3rd time to actually get my car. The salesman and sales manager apologized and gave us some rubber all weather floor mats for our hassles, but they are not in stock, so I have to go back once more. I also have to go back to have the windows re-tinted because they all have bubbles and/or scratches in them. The detail shop messed up my door handle and they are also going to have to replace that. The steering wheel was also scratched, but they said they couldn't do anything about that so they offered a free fill up and detail of my car. This was not the pleasant, easy go lucky car deal I had hoped it would be. I hope that they are able to better deal with future customers. **Update** I did not want to make my review until after the work was completed with my window tint and detailing and I also found my vent was broke and had to ask them to fix that as well. I requested that while the work was going to be done that they put me in a loaner car because I have a lot to do and since I had already spent so many hours at the dealership, I didn’t want to spend any extra time there. I dropped my car off on Monday (5/6/19) and they put me in a loaner car that was gas guzzling (compared to my car) CRV. They said my car should be ready the same day. I dropped off my car at 7:40am and walked around to show the service guy what all was needing to be done. I also explained to him that it was supposed to be detailed and filled up. I got a call that afternoon that my car was ready for pick up. When we went to get it, we were amazed by what we saw, and not in a good way. They had totally trashed my car. Even my 7 year old said, “Mom, this looks worse than when you left it.” There were nasty streak marks all over the windows, window tint glue all over the doors, my trunk was SOAKED and there were drenched paper towels and paper in my trunk with water puddles as well, there was a half-drank water bottle and a disgusting spit bottle left in my passenger seat, with some spit on my seat. There was also mud in my driver fender wells, but we have not taken my car off road at all. The tank was on E, the vent was not fixed, and there are bubbles in the tint still. I went in and spoke with one of the service techs and she was furious at the state my car was left in and told me to keep the loaner car another day. On Tuesday (5/7/19), I had to put some gas in the loaner car because it doesn’t get nearly the gas mileage my car is supposed to. I got a phone call from the dealership saying that they had to order the vent part (meaning they had no intention of fixing it the first time since they didn’t even order the part when they had told me the day before my car was ready) and it would be in the next morning and I would get a phone call as soon as it was installed and they filled my tank up. Yesterday (Wednesday, 5/8/19) I had to call the dealership because they had not called me yet and I was really wanting my car back. They stated that I needed to keep the gas guzzler yet ANOTHER day because the vent was still not in. My husband was furious and told them we were going to just pick up my car and they could either send the vent to us or they could change it when I have to get my first oil change. As we were pulling up to the dealership, we saw my car driving off and followed. They were taking it the gas station that was less than a mile away to fill up. When we got it back, there had been more than 4 miles added to the car which they said were just him filling up the tank…even though that was less than 2 miles roundtrip. The car was not “detailed” by any stretch of the imagination. They had rubbed it down, but there is still tint glue all on the inside where they redid the tint. This has been the worst car buying experience and I would not recommend anyone using Honda of Newnan! More
