Honda of Newnan in Newnan, Georgia is an AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL dealership. I traveled over an hour after texting with someone via internet (supposedly someone from their dealership) trying to confi UNPROFESSIONAL dealership. I traveled over an hour after texting with someone via internet (supposedly someone from their dealership) trying to confirm that a vehicle was available. I was told that it was in their Duluth, GA dealership but that it could be transferred. They sent me a quote on my trade in, so I drove there to try to buy a car and trade my 4Runner. When I got there (I set an appt up online) they looked at me like I was crazy. Nobody had any idea of my appt. That was the first red flag. Secondly, they had no cars available and told me they could not get a vehicle from the other dealership because they had nothing to give them for it. They tried to sell me a used car after I said multiple times that I wanted a new one. They finally gave me the option to put 500.00 down on a Honda Accord that was coming in in 2-3 weeks. I did all paperwork and was told the deal was done, and that financing would be done when I picked up the car, and we even agreed on a trade amount. I left the dealership and drove home. The VERY next day, Peggy Perez text me and said they let someone else put a deposit down on the car I reserved (because I didn't fill out a financing form) even though I was told at the dealership that financing would be done later. They had already taken my credit card information. I replied and asked what we could do to order another, and never got a response from Peggy Perez, or a guy named Jose that had emailed me the paperwork. No apology, no confirmation that they removed my credit card number or anything. I even had paperwork with the vin number of the car on it. I just felt as though my time and money was wasted. I wasted gas and mileage on my car. I was also told by whoever was texting from the dealership that I would receive a 25.00 gift card for coming even if I didn't buy anything. That also did not happen. I was ALSO told at the dealership that they had no idea who had been texting me giving me that information. That it must have been a 3rd party. That is absolutely ridiculous that I was pretty much baited with lies to get to the dealership. I even missed time from work to come and make this deal that ultimately fell through. I am mostly upset because this is just an unacceptable way to deal with customers. I was lied to. I still to this day have never gotten any response from anyone at the dealership after they told me that they sold the car I reserved. I hope that this can prevent this from happening to someone else in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration. More

We just purchased our 3rd Pilot and the experience was exceptional. Chad Clark answered questions we had, even on this day off. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I do not want to give a star but I had to. Horrible Experience!!! I had a 7pm appointment on 10-14-21 to speak with Jose about purchasing a 2011 Toyota tundra crewmax platinum package VIN# 5TFFY5F11BX1 Experience!!! I had a 7pm appointment on 10-14-21 to speak with Jose about purchasing a 2011 Toyota tundra crewmax platinum package VIN# 5TFFY5F11BX100862. I called him that morning at 950 am on 10-14-21 and scheduled an appointment at 7pm. He said ok and he would have the truck up front. Well the day passed by and and I sent him a message at 5:58pm letting him know I was on the way. It a hour from Columbus, GA to Newnan. He said perfect he will have the truck pulled up. I said ok thanks. We arrived and the truck was out front we looked at it for about 10-15 mins and then Jose came out to talk. We talked about some damage on the truck and he was telling us that it was going to get fix etc. Which was fine. He asked if we wanted to test drive and I said sure. He check my license and said he will be right back and went inside to get a tag for it. Well a good 5 mins went by and the finance manager came out telling me there was this other customer that came in before us and was trying to get the vehicle as well. He asked us could we wait why they did his credit check to see if can get it or not. Who would want to do that? When you already had your hopes for this truck but they sold it out from you!!! This is POOR Customer Service. I guess a honest man's word isn't good enough these days. THATS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY. PEOPLE LIKE JOSE!!!!!!!!! More
Went by yesterday to look at a 2018 Camry they had on the lot. I dealt with Mr. Calvin and he was a great guy. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree on a price and were off from making a deal. I was looking for we lot. I dealt with Mr. Calvin and he was a great guy. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree on a price and were off from making a deal. I was looking for weather tech floor mats and trunk mat, along with an added service plan to cover the vehicle to at least 100,000 and we just couldn’t get there. However, even though we didn’t make a deal I’d recommend these folks just on how I was treated as a person. Maybe it’s just Mr. Calvin or maybe it’s the whole dealership I’m not sure but still a great experience. You guys should check them out! Ask for Mr. Calvin! More
