The whole process was so stressful and I felt like I should just buy from somewhere else. I bought a CR-V was verified was available at Gwinnett store. Signed papers on CR-V got insurance on it but it w should just buy from somewhere else. I bought a CR-V was verified was available at Gwinnett store. Signed papers on CR-V got insurance on it but it was sold to someone else. Then was told they would have another one in two to three days. That time came and went and no car. Went back to store to see what was going on. Sales person was going to go get manager for me guess sales manager. They did not even have enough respect for me as a customer to even meet with me think was a lady she just sent finance guy instead. So in meantime canceled my new insurance because week and a half and still no car ended up costing me about 250 more to reinstate insurance. They couldn’t call the Gwinnett store to find out about it. Was told manager there doesn’t like to be called. I guess to busy to be bothered by customers. Oh you can tex him but he won’t get back. Seemed like everybody was in dark about when cars were coming or what car were coming even with all the technology we have. It seemed they were more worried about how I would rate them than getting the car. Was informed that the general manager was informed of the total debacle mess and they would call me and “make it right” guess they were to busy also as they never called. We are retired seniors and this should have been a smooth process and exciting day it was not. A note here they did provide a loaner while this was all transpiring. More
