Justin and Katie were a pleasure to deal with, they were fair and honest and easy to work with. The finance department? not so much. We had a simple transaction, paying cash with no problems on our side o fair and honest and easy to work with. The finance department? not so much. We had a simple transaction, paying cash with no problems on our side of the transaction but the deal took 1 1/2 hours to complete as we had to wait for an hour just to pay for the car and then we were subjected to a lengthy sales pitch from the finance person even after we made it clear that we were not interested in extended warranty or service plan. Could have been a "10", but, well, there you go. More
