Jesus was the best, easiest and most helpful salesman I have experienced. Courteous, professional , friendly and the most efficient customer service. Iran is so helpful and he gets the job done with his outstanding work ethic. Justin was also very good in helping find the perfect vehicle for me. All in all it was a good experience and this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them . And it won’t be my last. Iran also went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to me which was a two hour drive! I can not thank them enough for all they did! I would highly recommend Honda of Newnan as both vehicles I purchased were Kendrick certified and were well inspected and in great running condition. I’ve never purchased a vehicle that I didn’t test drive first but I did purchase the last two vehicles with them sight unseen other than looking at them online. Keep up the good work guys! Horrible experience With a manager “Matthew Gork“ WHO refused to make anything right. I Spoke with Matthew initially on a used 2015 Audi RS7 with a website listed price of 44,800$ . I was a bit skeptical refused to make anything right. I Spoke with Matthew initially on a used 2015 Audi RS7 with a website listed price of 44,800$ . I was a bit skeptical at first when he mentioned to me that though the website price is 44,800$ I haft to pay a “out of state” buyers fee of 800$ and a dealer fee of 500$ on top of the car price . There was also a “low jack “ fee of around 1,000$ they wanted also. We talked a bit and agreed on a price of 45,250$ including all of the mentioned fees . I took a flight down to the dealership and noticed a ton of issues with the said vehicle, damage and cracks to the front bumper , a “zip tied “ rs7 emblem on the car and also “rubber modified oil lines going to the turbos “ which is dangerous and can leak and cause fire . Also on the test drive of the vehicle , we had to pull over to the side of the road because under panels to the car where not properly secured causing a very bad rattle and vibration ! I spoke with Matthew, noting all these issues and all he could say to me was you either buy it or somebody else will buy it . They claim this car to be Hendrick certified. This seems to be a terrible representation to that name. And the lack of empathy of this manager was really a shame . Seems he only cared about getting a car sold no matter the cost of danger to a customers well being. Very sad that a dealership that strides on customer service let a customer down this bad . More
